Richard has spent 30+ years building genuine depth across banking, asset management, insurance, and the Lloyd's market, progressing from operational and business analysis roles at firms including Rothschild Asset Management and Deutsche Bank through to global finance change leadership at HSBC and transformation leadership at KPMG. His experience spans finance operations, systems and cloud migration, target operating model design, regulatory programme delivery, financial and MI reporting, and cost reduction.

That breadth across institutions and disciplines has sharpened both his technical judgement and his read on people, structuring organisations and delivery models to get the best out of teams working under real pressure. He brings a rare combination of hands-on delivery experience and the instinct to know what a business actually needs, not just what the plan says.
